WARRANTY:
All of our Bicycles are sold with a limited 30 days manufacturer warranty with
picture damage sent to us. Our Bicycle Engine Kits has a damage or
missing when received warranty. You have 48 hours to notify us for
damages or missing parts after 48 hours we will assume you are
satisfied with product(s). We're giving you a full 30 days warranty on our regular engines and 6 months warranty on our RAW engines. However, this will not cover engine seizure if the correct ratio of oil and petrol is not used.
We guarantee that all of our products are brand new and in the original
manufacturer's crate or box free from defects. The warranty covers only
factory defects. Any outside repair labor charges, down time or
shipping charges are not covered under warranty. We do not cover misuse
or broken parts caused by the user.

The following are warranty limitations and exclusions:
- Hoses
- Lubricants
- Gaskets
- Spark plugs
- Standard
wear and tear: plastic parts & components (color coordinated
housing, brakes, brake handles, seats, chain and tires.
- Extreme riding, racing or competition
- Loss of time without vehicle
- Vandalism, fire or theft
- Crash or accident
- Unauthorized outside repair
- Warranty does not cover or reimburse any outside labor charges
- Warranty
does not cover any towing or shipping charges to and from for any
reason including but not limited to repair, return or exchanges
- Defective warranty part(s) are required to be returned for exchange or for new replacement part(s).
The buyer is responsible for
returning the products at their own expense during warranty. The buyer
will be responsible for properly packaging the product(s) and shipping
product(s) back to our location.
The warranty is voided if:
- The product(s) is customized in any way other than manual.
- The product(s) is damaged due to natural causes.
- The product(s) is damaged due to an accident.
- The product(s) is vandalized or stolen.
- The product(s) does not get proper or periodic maintenance.
- The product(s) is used in a manner which it was not intended for.
- The product(s) is modified.
SHIPPING DAMAGES:
Bikinglane.com is not responsible for any damages sustained during
shipping. If any damages were sustained during shipping, it is the
buyer's responsibility to notify the shipping company. It is also the
buyer's responsibility to file an insurance claim with the shipping
company. We will support and help with the process of filing a claim
but we will not file it. All financial settlements regarding insurance
claims are provided by the shipping company; not the manufacture,
dealer or zone 8 cycling. The buyer is required to notify us via email
or phone within 24 hours of receiving a product(s) that sustained
shipping damage. The buyer must inspect the product before signing a
release from the shipping company.
Bikinglane.com attempts every
effort to ensure that products are completely functional and free of
any damage before shipment. We strongly suggest our customers please
inspect your new product immediately upon receipt. If the product(s) is
damaged during the shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours of
delivery to obtain a RMA number/form and we will provide you with more
information to regarding the matter. No returns will be accepted
without prior authorization from Bikinglane.com. All returns must be
pre-authorized by Bikinglane.com personnel.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All items are brand new sealed in
manufacture's packaging. Orders are processed within 24 business hours
from the date of purchase. We will email you a tracking number as soon
as it becomes available. Depending on the volume of orders, receiving a
tracking number may take up to 2-5 business days. During holiday
seasons and peak times, transit time may be increased for up to a total
of 5-10 days. Do to the weight of the product(s) we charge a FLAT rate on all our products. We do ship to (HI, AK, and PR) and International shipping & handling to Canada only. Please contact us for shipping charges at support@bikinglane.com.
Buyer is responsible for any duty fees. Bulk shipping is available,
please contact us for arrangements. We do not ship to P.O. box,GU, VI,
APO/AFO addresses. Other products have different shipping cost please
see check out page.
Damage Parts:
Customers need to send parts back for us to send you out replacement parts. Unless authorized by zone8cycling personnel.
Contact us with E-Mail or Phone for shipping instructions and address for returned itmes.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER POLICY & SHIPPING RETURNS:
There is a grace period of 24 hours to cancel your purchase(s) from the
date of purchase. There will be a 5% cancellation fee. After product(s)
has been shipped there will be a restocking fee of 20% cancellation fee
deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non refundable after
product(s) has been shipped.
Orders may not be cancelled or
refused after they have been shipped. You will be charged a 20%
cancellation fee. If you refuse to accept a delivery for a shipment,
you agree to pay restocking fee and all shipping costs to and from.
All packages required signature for delivery.
If package comes back without a signature you will be charged for
shipping fee if you want us to reshipt it. Buyer is responsible for
reshipping cost if item comes back for any reason on buyers end. We
will reship product(s) if we have made a mistake.
Please be advised that, in the event
of a delay shipment, a FULL refund will only be granted if your
purchase(s) has not been shipped out within the maximum shipment period
of four (4) weeks.
There is no refund on any products(s) experiencing mechanical issues
that are fixable or issues that fall under the following criteria:
- Lack of mechanical knowledge
- Lack of maintenance
- Improper maintenance
- Mechanical issues resulting from assembling performed by customizing
- Costumers' negligence
Exchanges will be granted in the event of a manufacture defect that cannot be fixed by us and/or the manufacture.
BACK ORDERS:
All
listed items are available in stock. Yet, we may encounter shortage of
stock temporary. Orders can be cancelled and wholly refund by request
if stocks are unavailable.
Returns:
All sales are final no refunds only exchanges.
